RECOGNITION OF DR. WENDY COCHRANE
Graduate Council Resolution

WHEREAS, Dr. Cochrane provided steadfast and exceptional leadership to Graduate Council as Chair during the 2020-2021 academic year.
WHEREAS, Dr. Cochrane guided policies through committee review and Council vote, presided over a substantial number of curriculum proposals and faculty membership approvals, facilitated presentations at Council to communicate resources available to faculty and their graduate students, vigorously supported and advocated for graduate students, and rose to the substantial personal and professional challenges presented by the COVID-19 pandemic.
WHEREAS, Dr. Cochrane achieved considerable success in her mission to communicate the unique role of graduate faculty and graduate students to the Provost, President and the Board of Trustees.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that The University of Toledo Graduate Council extends its deepest appreciation to Dr. Wendy Cochrane for her unwavering leadership as the 2020-2021 Graduate Council Chair.
