Undergraduate Programs

The accredited Computer Science and Engineering Technology (CSET) program at The University of Toledo combines two highly-marketable careers: engineering and computer science. Computer science is one of the fastest-growing occupations in the U.S.

UToledo’s unique curriculum focuses on hands-on education with lots of lab work. Students also get practical work experiences through optional co-ops.

CSET majors learn to plan, construct, troubleshoot and manage hardware and software in sophisticated data networks. They also learn website design and development.

Graduates of the CSET programs are considered engineering technologists. They are valuable additions to high-tech corporations throughout the country that develop, maintain and market computer systems.
