Assessment Reports
To complete a report:
All academic programs and co-curricular service units affiliated with the University Assessment Committee (UAC) are required to submit an annual assessment report, and to maintain their assessment plan/curriculum maps. Departments offering core curriculum courses are also required to submit an annual report for each core-affiliated course. Please click the link below to access the current plan and report templates.
