Space Reservations - Music Faculty
All space reservations are tentative pending approval by the Music Department office. AT LEAST 30 DAYS NOTICE IS PREFERRED OR YOUR REQUEST MAY NOT BE PROCESSED. Please click the link below to complete the online form. Once you complete it and click submit, a copy will be automatically emailed to you, the chair and the department secretary, as well as to Angela Riddel (for the event to be added to the UToledo Calendar of Events.)
NOTE: AT LEAST 30 DAYS NOTICE IS PREFERRED OR YOUR REQUEST MAY NOT BE PROCESSED. For requests made less than 30 days in advance, follow up with the office secretary to verify. Call 419.530.2448.
IF YOUR EVENT NEEDS TICKET SALES SUPPORT
Please note that if your event is a ticketed event, there are 3 things you need to be aware of:
- ADVANCE TICKET SALES (on campus event) Request sales support in your faculty space request and Christopher Montpetit, the Box Office Manager, will be notified of your request. He will add your event to our online ticketing system, Tix.com. All pre-event sales will go through the Box Office and Tix.
- ADVANCE TICKET SALES (Doermann or off campus event) Since your event is either in Doermann or off-campus, these are spaces you would not request through the Music Department. To get advance ticket sales support, complete the sales support request form below for your event.
- SALES AT THE DOOR (ANY event) - We may have some student employees who can sell tickets for your on-campus event at the door. HOWEVER, it's up to you, the event organizer to verify that these students have been scheduled to your event. Please contact the Music Department office to get contact information of students available to sell tickets.
