Using iRocket

iRocket for Department Contacts

For the person who will submit the department forms.  The Department Contact is the person who has access to iRocket.

iRocket for H-1 Beneficiaries New to UToledo

For potential UToledo H-1B employees who do not have a Rocket Number. 

iRocket for Current Rockets

For all current Rockets (including UToledo employees and students).

 

iRocket for Department Hiring Authorities

For the chair, dean, director, etc., of the department who has the authority to hire employees and authorize the payment of fees, etc.

iRocket for Other Second Approvers

For those outside the sponsoring department who are designated to review and sign H-1B e-forms (currently Export Control).
