Counseling Center

Mental health is a key part of your overall health. Counseling professionals can work with you one-on-one in different formats to help you understand and work through problems. Group counseling allows for treatment by professionals while at the same time receiving support from peers dealing with similar issues.

Online screenings are the quickest way to determine if you or someone you care about should seek additional services from a professional. The program is completely anonymous and confidential, and you will get recommendations promptly.

You might also participate in outreach programs and workshops for well-being and healthy development. Programs cover relevant issues that students face daily, including stress management, eating disorders and much more.
