Compliance is everyone's responsibility and every voice matters. Reporting concerns help us identify issues early, protect patients, safeguard resources and strengthen our organization.

You can report a concern through the Healthcare Compliance Office, the Compliance Hotline, or direct contact with a Compliance Team Member.

Employees who report concerns in good faith are protected from retaliation. If you are unsure whether something should be reported, we encourage you to ask. When in doubt, report it.
