All construction and renovation contracts are managed by The University of Toledo’s Facilities and Construction Department.
For the purpose of insurance requirements related to construction and renovation projects, The University of Toledo has adopted Article 10 of the General Conditions of the State of Ohio Standard Requirements for Public Facility Construction.
