Copy and Print Services

The University of Toledo has contracted with local supplier, Metzger's to provide the UToledo community with all services related to copy/print jobs. 

The link to the Storefront ordering site is found within the myUT portal on both the Employee tab and the UT Community tab.

• Access to Storefront

• If you have never had a Storefront account, complete the Storefront User Registration Form.
• Upon registering, Metzger's will email you with a username and temporary password. The first time you log into Storefront you will have to create a new password.

• Some departments, may opt to only allow one or two staff members to place Storefront orders. The Storefront also requires use of a procurement card (P-Card) for payment processing for orders under $5,000. Please check with your department manager/director prior to requesting a University PCard.
• Questions related to the Storefront ordering system (i.e. status of job, invoice payment, item availability,etc.) should be sent to margaret.tansey@metzgers.com or call  419.861.8611, or you may email support@metzgers.com.
• Information related to Concur and PCard can be found on the Concur and PCard website.

Artwork Related Needs

Please contact your University Marketing and Communications strategist prior to placing an order.  If you do not know your College/Department’s strategist, please refer to the Office of University Marketing and Communications website.

Materials developed through the University Marketing and Communications Office are sent to print at Metzger's and those projects will be invoiced directly by Metzger's to individual departments. Estimates can be requested before items go to print so the department has an expectation of the cost for their budget planning. The strategist will need a billing contact from the department, including name, phone number, index number and email to send projects to print/production.  Once your project is sent to Metzger's, you will work with Katie Dewey.  Contact her at kathryn.dewey@metzgers.com
