Holiday Operations Schedule

Supply Embargo
As with every year, supplies will not be delivered during the peak season, please see below the last day to order supplies for your shipping needs.
Thanksgiving
- Order supplies by November 16th, to receive prior to Thanksgiving
- No supplies delivered Monday & Tuesday Nov.23rd & 24th 2020.
Christmas
- Order supplies by December 7th to ensure delivery prior to holiday hold
- No supplies will be shipped from December 11th to Dec. 25th 2020.
Labels and Pallets get delivered during peak season *Labels traveling via ground and pallet quantities via freight services will not be affected by the holiday hold and will be delivered as Normally scheduled.

Money Back Guarantee
The annual moratorium on our Money Back Guarantee was in place earlier this year due to COVID and will extend through peak season.
FedEx has suspended our money-back guarantee for all FedEx Express®, FedEx Ground®, FedEx Freight® (except FedEx Freight® Priority Plus) and FedEx Office® services effective immediately until further notice.
