University of Toledo COVID-19 Update

The faculty and staff of the Judith Herb College of Education (JHCOE) is now working remotely. We will need to direct all advising inquiries through our JHCOEadvising general email account –  Please do not email advisors directly as this can often lead to duplication. We want to be able to respond ASAP.

For answers to your academic advising questions, email us at and include your (a) Rocket ID number and (b) a phone number where we can reach you. You may direct the email to a specific advisor within the email and we will try to adhere to your wishes as much as possible. You WILL receive a response ASAP. Here are some examples of common questions:

  • A request to schedule a phone advising appointment
  • A list of classes you may register for – summer and/or fall terms
  • A registration override/permit for an approved course
  • A question concerning graduation requirements
  • You want to declare or change your major or minor

Further information is being added to the FAQs section of the university’s evolving response website. Click below to know more.
