*** The Executive Committee asked Interim President Schroeder to address the following:

1. Spring enrollment update.
2. Discuss the centralization of IT, business managers, marketing and recruitment staff. What is the expected outcome of centralization in each area?
3. Update on the actions the university is taking to prevent hacking attacks.
4. What is the university doing to address and improve campus morale?
5. Incentive based budgeting update—clarify the budgeting process.
6. ProMedica affiliation agreement update. Address how COMLS is to be funded in the future.
7. Explain the new structure of UT Health.

Faculty members have the right to attend meetings and speak to issues before the Senate. In addition, it is urged that faculty make their views known their respective representatives.
