Election of:
- President-Elect
- Faculty Senate Executive Committee Secretary
- Ohio Faculty Council (OFC) representative for the Executive Committee (one online meeting per month)
- Two representatives at-large from Bancroft Campus for Executive Committee (Nominations and vote only by Bancroft faculty)
- Two representatives at-large from HSC for Executive (Nominations and vote only by HSC faculty)
The election will take place online through Qualtrics with the help of Dr. Dan Compora. Those attending in person are asked to bring a device to vote.
- Vote for Faculty Senate committee chairs that are not Faculty Senate members and announcement of the standing committee chairs’ names

Senators arriving late should report to the Faculty Senate Executive Secretary after
the meeting to insure their attendance is recorded.
All Senators and guests are asked to please silence their cell phones.
Faculty members have the right to attend meetings and speak to issues before the Senate. In addition, it is urged that faculty make their views known their respective representatives.
