Jody earned a Master’s Degree in Biomedical Medical Science with a concentration in
Human Donation Science in 2012 at The University of Toledo and interned as an organ
procurement coordinator at Gift of Life Michigan (University of Michigan), and at
Lifeline of Ohio (Ohio State), where she recovered over 100 human organs for transplantation.
Jody’s research interests include “Menstrual Blood Stem Cells and Their Effects on
Human Organ and Tissue Transplantation.”
