imprivata - Enroll Fingerprint (MD Only)
Enrolling your fingerprint is very easy please follow the below instructions
To register your fingerprint for the first time, on the OneSign page click Cancel. Then login using your UTAD username and password. You will then see the screen below.
Click Enroll a Finger Now
- Most people enroll their left index finger.
- Use the mouse to click on the tip of the finger to select it.
- Place your finger directly on the sensor surface and hold steady.
- Use the entire end of your finger, not just the fingertip.
- Make sure your finger is placed horizontally and flat on the scanner.
- Follow the instructions on the screen to scan you finger a total of four times.
- Three times to capture your fingerprint.
- One more time to verify your fingerprint has been captured correctly.
Once it learns your fingerprint by three (3) green check marks you will then need to scan it one more time for verification.
To enroll another finger click Yes, enroll another finger and follow the previous directions, otherwise click No, I’m done.
