Poster Printing
The Carver Center offers free large-format poster printing for research, course projects, and academic presentations—available to all students, faculty, and staff affiliated with the Judith Herb College of Arts, Social Sciences and Education.
Not affiliated? You can still access our high-quality printing through our public Print Store. Submit your file, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Our professional poster printer—the HP DesignJet Z9+ 44”—produces vibrant, high-resolution prints up to 36 inches wide. With 12-color pigment ink and advanced color calibration (including Chromatic Red), your visuals will stand out in any conference, classroom, or symposium.

How to Submit Your Poster
To request a print, email us with:

Your PowerPoint or PDF file

Desired dimensions (up to 36” wide)

A short description of the purpose (class, conference, etc.)
We recommend submitting your file at least 48 hours before your event to ensure turnaround time.
