Access Concerns

In Person Orientation

We want you and your guest to be able to access all of the orientation programming so if you need special accommodations let us know by completing the special accommodations section when you sign up for orientation. 

If your situation changes after you have signed up for an orientation date, you can contact the Office of New Student Orientation at 419.530.1267 or by email at orientation@utoledo.edu. Advanced notice of at least one week is required for accommodations to be guaranteed. 

Virtual orientation

If you need accommodations due to a disability or to technology needs, please contact the Office of New Student Orientation Programs at 419.530.1267 or orientation@utoledo.edu. You can also request accommodations in the orientation reservation system.

Testing Accommodations

Students with disabilities can make testing arrangements by contacting Office of Accessibility and Disability Resources at 419.530.4981 or StudentDisability@utoledo.edu prior to the date of your placement test.
