Area of Research
Dr. Matecki's areas of research include broad topics in psychiatry, including implementation of pharmacy-led initiatives in ambulatory care settings. Specifically, she is interested in pharmacist impact on psychotropic medication management, adherence, and education and well as involvement in pharmacogenetic prescribing.

Scope of Practice
Dr. Matecki has experience with managing both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric patient populations, with her practice now located within the Ruppert Health Center Psychiatry Clinic at the University of Toledo. Currently she is focused on building pharmacy services within the clinic, including psychotropic history encounters, which she previously presented on the success of on a national level through the American Association of Psychiatric Pharmacists annual meeting.
