Technology Transfer

As of 7..27.26, the new export compliance section may require the following information:

1) If a PI plans to send/receive Materials to/from a non-U.S. citizen, please list the:
     a. individual's name, citizenship/permanent residence, project role, and access to the Material.
     b. name and country location of the institution.

2) The export classification number for the Material.
     If needed, contact the manufacturer/provider for the EAR/ITAR classification, catalog number, 
     SDS, sequence, strain, composition, or technical specifications.

Complete the following seven (7) sections and attach any necessary documents.
