Counselor Portal

To create a UToledo counselor portal account, fill out the counselor portal registration form. You will receive an email with your account information and setup instructions within 24 hours of your submission. The counselor portal allows you to see which of your students applied to The University of Toledo, the status of their application, events that your students have registered for, and  important links and forms. Toledo Tuition Guarantee

The Toledo Tuition Guarantee provides price transparency and consistency for students and families, while also encouraging students to complete their bachelor’s degrees in four years.

Scholarships and Grants

UToledo offers a range of scholarships that reward high school academic performance, as well as need-based aid. Three UToledo scholarship opportunities of note are:

Presidential Scholarship

The Presidential Scholarship is UToledo’s most prestigious scholarship. It includes full tuition, room and board, and a $3,000 stipend for a summer educational experience. All applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.8. Students who apply to UToledo with test scores must also have a minimum 30 ACT or 1360 SAT.

Levis Leadership

The Levis Leadership program provides a select group of students with focused leadership training and a $1,000 renewable scholarship. Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and either a 20 ACT or 1030 SAT, plus demonstrated potential for leadership.
