Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery

Business Continuity Planning is the development of advance procedures and arrangements that prepare an organization to respond to significant events that disrupt normal operations so that critical business functions can continue with planned levels of interruption and change.  The resulting plan provides a collection of resources, information, tasks, and procedures that are developed, tested, and ready for use.  These plans are “living” documents that change as organizations, processes, and equipment change.
