Student Incident Reporting
Student incidents of the following type should be reported to The University of Toledo Police (419-530-2600) and the Health Science Campus at (419-383-2600) as soon as possible for record keeping.
- Theft of students’ personal possession
- Bodily injury to students and/or property damage to students’ personal possessions arising from University related maintenance issues
Note: Reporting of such incidents does not automatically grant coverage under the University’s insurance. Click here for UT's Police Department Web site.
Graduate Students in Science Research
Asa graduate student who is involved in science research, it is your responsibility to incorporate good safe working practices into your research. The University of Toledo is required to follow OSHA and EPA Regulations.
