Please know that we are here for you. Feel free to contact us with questions you may have, to share ideas on how we can improve our services or to share your experiences that may help other students. Our goal is to assist and support you in your academic endeavors and connect you with the University.

Student services staff members provide assistance with:
- Admissions
- Information and procedures for adding/dropping classes
- Connecting students with faculty, department chairs, advisors and other university personnel and offices
- Course registration
- Accessing DL courses. Before accessing, it's important to read Getting Started.
- Your Blackboard user ID (your UTAD account user name)
- Tuition and fee questions
- Textbook and software purchasing
- Use of university libraries

Academic Support Services
eLibrary Services Portal
The eLibrary is a customized gateway to UT Libraries for online students. It was
designed to help you locate the best online library resources without leaving Blackboard. Click the link above to learn how to access this resource within

eTutoring Services
The Ohio eTutoring Collaborative, in partnership with The University of Toledo, now
provides online tutoring support for all UT students. eTutoring Services are offered
in a wide array of subjects, including Writing, Math, Calculus, Statistics, Accounting,
Biology, Chemistry, and Anatomy and Physiology.
Proctored Testing
Some courses require proctored testing. Our staff will confirm your proctor meets
the University's qualifications, but students must find their own proctors. Please
visit http://www.ncta-testing.org/cctc/find.php for a nationwide list of institutions that provide proctoring services.
Student Support Services
Office of Academic Access
The Office of Academic Access provides accommodations and support services to students,

UT Counseling Center
The Counseling Center staff provides counseling (individual and group), mental health
and wellness programming, and crisis intervention services to help students cope with
the demands of college and to facilitate the development of life adjustment strategies.

Career Services
Career Services' mission is to provide quality career-related services to enable
all University of Toledo students to reach their academic and career goals. The professional
staff assists students to choose or change their major successfully, identify part-time
student employment and internship opportunities, educate students on current trends
in employment readiness, and provide opportunities for them to network with employers
Online Learning Complaint Process for Out-of-State Students
UT online students from out-of-state should attempt to resolve any issues or complaints by contacting us first. Please visit our policy Web page or contact student customer service.
However, if an issue cannot be resolved internally, you may file a complaint about The University of Toledo with your State by referring to the following list of State Agencies in compliance with federal Department of Education regulations. You may also contact our accrediting agency, North Central Association of Colleges and Schools, Higher Learning Commission (complaints@hlcommission.org.)
