Photocopy Room

The Mulford Health Science Library's photocopy room is located on the fifth floor of the Library in the southeast corner of the floor (room 502). In this room are photocopiers that use change, Rocket cards (or Health Science Campus ID cards) and departmental copy codes.

Photocopy Costs

Using change, copies are 10 cents per copy (letter or legal size). Using a Rocket card, copies are 5 cents per copy (letter or legal size). The photocopier that accepts change will accept coins or bills.

Photocopy Cards/Codes

Rocket cards. Money can be added to Rocket cards via debit or credit card at http://www.utoledo.edu/rocketcard/balance.html. Rocket cards can be used at any copier on the Health Science Campus that has a card reader.

Departmental copy codes. Departmental copy codes may be available for faculty and staff. Ask your departmental secretary or administrative assistant for more information. These codes can be used on the machines in the fifth floor copy room. If a code does not work on one copier, try another copier.

Reporting Photocopier Problems

To report problems with any of the equipment in the photocopy room, stop by the service desk on the fourth floor of the Library. Make sure you have the tag number, which is posted prominently on the front of the machine. Problems with copy cards can also be reported at the desk.

Photocopy Service

Photocopy services are restricted to faculty members on the Health Science Campus. Requests can be submitted via the article request form. Whenever possible, the articles will be forwarded through University email as a PDF file.
