Library Room Reservation Request

Please review our room details for Carlson Library or Mulford Library and Reservation/Space Guidelines prior to submitting this form. You will receive a notification on the status of your request within 48 business hours.

Please note the following for requests in Carlson Library:

  • CL1005A is library use only; CL1025/CL1027 are library instruction only.
  • Student workers may not use their personal contact information to make requests on behalf of faculty/staff members for reservations in Carlson Library.
  • Student Organizations: please use the Involvement Network (InvoNet) Event Request process to reserve CL 2003 (Student Organization Suite). Requests made less than a week prior will not be considered. 
    • Information regarding the InvoNet event request process can be found at this link. Under "PROCESS" step #2 are directions to create events. Organizations must "Create Event" to get the Event Request form / declare location preferences.
    • Reservation requests for CL 2003 using this form or sent to us via email cannot be completed.

Carlson Library is not accepting NEW Room Reservations until September 24th.

This will not affect existing confirmed reservations. All existing confirmed reservations are still valid and will be honored.
