Easily schedule an appointment with individuals in your success network. Those who
allow for Starfish appointment scheduling include University College Advisors, Pharmacy
Advisors, Pre-Health Advisors, Student Advocate, TRIO Advisors, and Office of Diversity
of Inclusion.

Intake Form
The Starfish Student Intake Form includes a series of questions designed to help you
self-reflect and identify your strengths, areas of concern, and support systems. University
staff will use your responses to engage with you, and to provide support to help you
attain your goals.

Starfish Early Alert Reports
Throughout the semester, you may receive notifications to your Rockets email account based on your academic progress in a course. Depending on the notification, your Academic Advisor will complete additional outreach in order to help you strategize your approach to college coursework and make necessary improvements.
