During the 2013-2014 school year, The University of Toledo’s Gamma Epsilon Chapter of Beta Alpha Psi was very active in the areas of academic excellence, community service, and professional development. Throughout the school year, the members and candidates of Beta Alpha Psi volunteered over 536 hours in the community and spent over 1,174 hours developing themselves in professional settings.

Beta Alpha Psi is the International Honor Organization for Financial Information Students and Professionals. The organization was founded in 1919, and since that time, the organization has grown having over 300 chapters around the world. As the premier professional business and financial information organization, Beta Alpha Psi recognizes academic excellence and complements members' formal education by providing interaction among other students, faculty, and professionals, and fosters lifelong growth, service, and ethical conduct. Beta Alpha Psi serves as a conduit for student members to gain internships and ultimately professional careers.The University of Toledo’s Gamma Epsilon Chapter was chartered in 1966.
