Career Preparation
The College of Business and Innovation has a remarkable career preparation series that is required of every student, teaching them which career/major will spark their passion, what to do to be successful in that career/major, and how to secure an interview and job in their chosen career.

Career Paths
Human resource management is designed to prepare candidates to assume positions as human resource practitioners in domestic and international business organizations, hospitals, non-profit organizations, and local, state and federal government agencies. General managers and leaders are required in every organization and at every level.

The educational experience (including mentorship, research, connections, etc.) invested in me as a student, continues 15+ years later as a graduate. I am humbled recognizing the professional and personal dividends that have been seeded by the College of Business and Innovation.
