Centennial Mall
UToledo’s campus is beautiful and walkable — take advantage for your event by renting the picturesque grounds of Centennial Mall. These expansive, landscaped grounds in the center of campus provide a beautiful open-air backdrop for outdoor events such as craft shows, carnivals, festivals and company events. Easily set up tables, booths, tents and stages on well-kept grass with plentiful sidewalks and vehicle access to the space. Nearby street and lot parking is available during evenings and weekends.

Doermann Theater, University Hall
Hosting a performance and need a stage? The Doermann Theater is a beautifully historic venue sure to wow your audience. For your theater production, concert or recital, seat your guests in plush seating for 508 people and enjoy the use of a 43-by-43-foot stage with sprung floor (perfect for dancing). Your rental includes the use of the theater, the University Hall lobby and a large dressing room.
- Stage Size: 43 by 43 feet
- Dressing Room: One large basement-level dressing room with two entrances
- Lighting: Wash lighting included; theatrical and performance lighting available for an additional fee
- Sound: Basic microphone setup included; theatrical and performance sound available for an additional fee
- Staff: Event manager is included with rental. Additional technical staff to be determined based on event or performance specifications and with commensurate fees.

Koester Alumni Pavilion
Tucked in the center of UToledo’s campus adjacent to the Glass Bowl, the Koester Alumni Pavilion lends the Rocket atmosphere to your event.to any family reunion, wedding event, or graduation party
- Capacity: 180 guests, with additional space available in the surrounding gated plaza.
- Tables and Chairs: Available by request. Benches are part of the pavilion facilities.
- Alcohol: Alcohol is permitted inside the pavilion and plaza areas only.
- Internet: Complimentary Wi-Fi is included in your rental, provided through UToledo’s guest network.
- Electricity: Electrical outlets are available for use in the pillars throughout the pavilion as well as the poles in the plaza.
- Fire Pit: The Dr. Lance and Dee Talmage Friendship Fire in the center of the pavilion can be lit and extinguished for your event.

Savage Arena
John F. Savage Arena is a Multi-purpose arena that is the proud home of Rocket men’s and women’s basketball and women’s volleyball, and also hosts concerts, commencement exercises, and other events. Originally named Centennial Hall, the building most commonly known as Savage Arena first opened in 1976.

Lancelot Thompson Student Union
The University of Toledo Lancelot Thompson Student Union is the ideal place for meetings, seminars, banquets, retirement parties, wedding receptions or other gatherings. The Lancelot Thompson Student Union is just six miles west of vibrant downtown Toledo. Features include audio-visual aids, Internet access, teleconferencing and videoconferencing in all meeting rooms, and our trained, helpful staff.
- Featured Spaces:
- Student Auditorium Student Center Auditorium is a large multi-purpose space that can seat up to 1500, but also be divided into 2 spaces. The space has been used for meetings, banquets, dances, trade shows and concerts.
- Ingman Room- Ingman is a large meeting space with seating for up to 450. the Room can be configured as a lecture space, meeting room, or large conference room.
- Tables and Chairs: Available in house.
- Alcohol/Catering: Catering is available through Rocket DIning
- Internet: Complimentary Wi-Fi is included in your rental, provided through UToledo’s guest network.
- Electricity: Electrical outlets are available for use in all rooms of the Lancelot Thompson Student Union.
