Public and Community Groups
Submit an event inquiry with your dates, expected attendance and service needs. Our team will review your request and contact you about possible spaces and next steps.
University Departments
Complete an Event Request Form.
UToledo Student Organizations
Submit requests through InvoNet. Access your organization page and select "Events." Student organizations may not have more than one recurring meeting per week in the Student Union.
Departments and student organizations receive internal rates.
