Reservation Paths
The process for reserving campus space depends on your group. Choose the option that best describes you to find the appropriate reservation process.
Student Organizations
Submit your event request through InvoNet. Access your organization's page and select “Events.” Student organizations may not have more than one recurring meeting per week in the Student Union.
University Departments
Complete the internal Event Request Form to request space for your department's event or meeting.
External and Community Groups
Explore event spaces and services and tell our team about your event so we can help you determine the best options.
