The Custodial Supervisors oversees and organizes the custodial teams on the University of Toledo Main Campus. They develop plan and strategies to maintain the cleanliness of buildings and facilities, supervises the performance of custodial staff, delegate responsibilities, set goals and objectives, and solve issues and concerns. They manage staff performance through evaluations, appraisals, attendance, and appropriate correction actions. The supervisors act as a resource to assigned locations regarding building inspections, training, special projects, supply inventory. They ensure the facilities are cleaned in accordance with appropriate health and safety standards for the University.

Custodial Services strive to provide the most efficient, versatile, timely, and economical services. We are committed to enhancing and maintaining the appearance, cleanliness, and preservation of all academic, administrative, and other facilities buildings, including the oversight of event set-ups. In addition to daily cleaning and disinfecting services, custodial assist with snow removal near entrances and at University events.
