HSC Operations - Meet the Team
Maintains natural environments, recycling, irrigation and landscaping on the Health Science Campus. Maintains lawns, beds, trees, shrubs, water features, sidewalks and roads. Trash removal and control, supports all outside campus events.
Manages mechanical maintenance for Health Science Campus buildings. Supervision of the following trades personnel: AQT (HVAC&R), Refrigeration Mechanics, Plumbers and Building Operators.
Manages electrical maintenance for Health Science Campus buildings. Supervision of the following trades personnel: Electricians, Electronic Technician and Central Control.
Manages structural maintenance for Health Science Campus buildings. Supervision of the following trades personnel: Maintenance Repair Workers (MRWs); Building Operators; and Painters.
