MC Operations - Meet the Team
Manages structural maintenance for Main Campus buildings. Oversees the supervision of the following trades personnel: Painters, Maintenance Repair Workers, Locksmiths, Pool technician and Roof maintenance.
Maintains natural environments, recycling, irrigation and landscaping. Maintains lawns, beds, trees, shrubs, water features, sidewalks and roads. Trash removal and control, supports all outside campus events.
Manages electrical maintenance for Main Campus buildings. Oversees the supervision of the following trades personnel: Electricians and Life Safety Technicians
Manages mechanical maintenance for Main Campus buildings. Oversees the supervision of the following trades personnel: AQT (HVAC&R), Building Automation Systems, Plumbing, and Steam Generation/Distribution.
