Student eligibility requirements by program

In order to participate in an experiential learning rotation, students may be required to meet certain eligibility requirements including, but not limited to:

• Proof of vaccinations
• Physical exam
• Testing for communicable disease (i.e., tuberculosis)
• Safety/compliance training
• CPR certification
• Ohio BCI and/or FBI criminal background check and/or fingerprinting

Health appointments for students

Although students may choose to fulfill health requirements with their personal provider, another convenient option would be to book an appointment with one of the Student Medical Center locations.
