Community Guest Parking
The University of Toledo Department of Theatre and Film does not offer free parking. You will need to pay to park. See details below. There are some exceptions.
Visiting the Department of Theatre and Film
If you are visiting the Department of Theatre and Film in the Center for Performing Arts (CPA), and are not an employee or student of the University with parking privileges, you will need to pay to park during your visit. We suggest using the metered spaces at the front of the parking lot. The lot to use is Area 12, directly across the street from the CPA. Pay at the kiosk; it takes quarters and credit cards. Using the metered spaces is a less expensive, pay-as-you go option. However, you can also purchase a day pass from Parking Services and select "Visitor Parking."
Parking for Theatre and Film Department Events
Parking for Events in the Center for Performing Arts
Parking is free in Area 12 ONLY on Saturdays after 5 p.m. and Sundays after 1 p.m., and during events that indicate that free parking is available during the event. Check the event's details to be sure. These exceptions DO NOT apply to the metered spaces at the front of the lot.
The metered spaces in Area 12 are pay spots 24/7! They are marked with signage. You can park in metered spaces, but you must pay at the kiosk. Handicapped parking is also available in this lot only for those vehicles displaying the proper permit.
