Type of Work Student Will Perform Prepare dependency, neglect and abuse cases for adjudication/disposition and other hearings; prepare caseworkers and witnesses; issue subpoenas; review medical records; obtain documents for discovery; file shelter care complaints and other legal pleadings; research legal issues.
