  • Library meetings and events (including library instruction)
  • Units supporting student success (Academic Enrichment Center, Counseling Center, Eberly Center, etc.)
  • Meetings by request of University Administration
  • Programs co-sponsored by the Libraries
  • Non-library UToledo department meetings, including Main Campus and Medical Center departments (single meetings only; no recurring meetings)

We make reservations for individuals in the following circumstances.

  • Online job and residency interviews for students and residents
  • Online exams for students and residents
  • Online academic/scholarly presentations

These rooms cannot be reserved for:

  • Student studying or presentation practice*
  • Individual tutoring*
  • Recurring meetings for a UToledo unit/department
  • Student association meetings or activities
  • Events by non-UToledo unit/personnel (sales meetings, depositions, etc.)

* When a room is not scheduled, students may use the rooms for studying, presentation practice, tutoring, and other academic activities.
