Payment Due Dates
Fall: August 5 | Spring: January 5 | Summer: May 5

- Due dates represent the date that payment must be received and processed.
- Any new registration activity and/or charges after the published due date above will be due daily.
Note: Some programs, such as medical programs, may have different payment due dates. Please refer to Semester Payment Due section below for details.
Student Refunds
- Student refund process - All students should setup a refund profile in myUT portal (E-Refund and Profile Setup).
- A valid US local or permanent address is needed to process a refund (review and update, myUT portal under My Other Resources).
- Refunds will begin processing the second day of the semester.
- Personal payments (Cash, e-Check, Credit Card, etc.) refunds, will be processed after
the add/drop period of each semester.
- Credit card refunds may be issued back to the original credit card used for payment
on the student account.
