International Payment Options

 

The University of Toledo provides International students with multiple secure and simple payment options.  We have partnered with TransferMate, PayMyTuition and Flywire to offer innovative and streamlined ways to pay your student account tuition invoice from any country and in any currency. 

Benefits:

• • Opening an account is easy and only takes a few minutes
  • Save money by not overpaying your bank on currency exchange rates
  • Create, fund, and track your payments from start to finish

                         It is recommended to send payments at least 72 business hours before the due date.

        How To Make Payment Online with TransferMate

1. 1. Log into MyUT portal
   2. Enter UTAD credentials
   3. On Student tab, in My ToolKit under My Accounts, select View/Pay Bill (e-Statement)
      
   4. Select Make Payment
   5. Select Current Amount or Amount Due Payment, Add
      
   6. Continue
   7. Select TransferMate Payment under Other Payment Methods

            Who can I contact for assistance?
            For transaction-specific questions, contact TransferMate via Skype, Live Chat, Email or Phone.

            Will I be charged for using this service?
            All international payments made through TransferMate are completely free of charge although you may be charged by your bank for making
            a local transaction, this is unfortunately out of UToledo's control.

             Why do I need to provide identification?
             By law, TransferMate is required to identify the person transferring funds to their bank account.  Your identification will ensure that you and
             your institution are protected.

             How will I know if my payment has been successful?
            Once your payment has been received, the pending payment will be removed and the payment transactions will be posted to your student
            account within  24-48 hours.  Additionally, you will receive an email confirming that your payment was successful and completed.
