Career Launch Day is a job and internship fair open to all students within the College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. Employers attending this fair will feature pharmacy technician positions, internships, residency programs, and full-time opportunities within pharmaceutical sciences, cosmetic science, community pharmacy, healthcare, biotech, and the like.  Event details are outlined below. This hotel has free/open parking during the event.

• • 8:00am-8:45am: Employer Check-In and Set-Up (Delta Hotels Mahogany Room, 3100 Glendale Avenue)
  • 9:00am-12:00pm: Open Job Fair (Delta Hotels Mahogany Room, 3100 Glendale Avenue)

Thank you for your interest in Career Launch Day!  Registration will be available in July 2026 (check back soon).

Virtual Options Available: This is an in-person fair, but virtual options are available for employers who are based 3.5+ hours from Toledo.  For information on virtual arrangements, please email joseph.battelline@utoledo.edu before registering (limited availability). 

Attending Employers: Light refreshments will be provided in the morning (i.e., coffee, water, pastries, whole fruit), and lunch will be provided.

Please note that class is not cancelled on Career Launch Day. Be sure to speak with your professors about their attendance policy and to discuss how you’re able to attend if it overlaps with a conflicting class requirement. Plan to allocate 10 minutes to each employer you wish to visit during the fair. For P4s, this event does not count against your absence days for rotation and we strongly encourage all P4s to attend.  A list of participating employers will be available closer to the event.
