Convocation 2026

General Information

The spring convocation ceremony will take place on Saturday, May 2, 2026 at 5:30 PM at Savage Arena.  Tickets are not required for the ceremony and there is no maximum number of allowable guests.  Seating is first-come, first-served.  Doors open at 4:00 PM.  The ceremony is expected to last two hours.

Accessibility

Seating areas are available for guests who need ADA accommodations for families at sections 104, 107, 108 and 110.

An American Sign Language interpreter can be present if you or your guest require this type of accommodation.  Please contact Suzanne Lee, suzanne.lee@utoledo.edu to request this service.

Parking for Accessibility at Savage Arena

Guests, family members or friends who have a state issued disability parking permit needing to access disability parking can park in Lot 4 off of Douglas Road.  (Spaces in Lot 4 are available on a first come, first served basis.)  Alternatively, individuals can be dropped-off at the door.  Overflow parking will be available in Lot 18 and Lot 19 near the northeast ramp to Savage Area.

Master's Degree - CPPS Spring Convocation RSVP

Caps, gowns, and graduation accessories can be purchased at the University bookstore or online.

To pick up graduation regalia:  You can pick up graduation regalia at the University bookstore beginning April 6, 2026.  The bookstore is located in the Gateway Plaza at 1430 Secor Rd., Toledo, OH 43607.

To ship graduation regalia to your home:  You can order online.  Instructions are below.  The deadline to do so is MARCH 31, 2026.

To order online, please do the following:

1. Go to:  https://oakhallcg.com/pages/utoledoSTH
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Let’s Get Started
3. Select Degree Level Package
4. Click Continue
5. Select Your Degree
6. Type in your:  First Name, Last Name, and Student ID
7. Click Continue
8. Click on Select for the Complete Package
9. Finish the purchase by filling in your Height, Weight, Add to Cart, Continue to Checkout, Delivery Address, Payment, etc.

Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Sciences
