Commencement 2024
General Information
Tickets are not required for the ceremony and there is no maximum number of allowable guests. Seating is first come, first served. Doors open at 4:00 PM. The ceremony is expected to last two hours.
Accessibility
Seating areas are available for guests who need ADA accomodations for families at sections 104, 107, 108 and 110.
An American Sign Language interpreter can be present if you or your guest require this type of accommodation. Please contact Suzanne Lee to request this service.
Parking for Accessibility at Savage Arena
Guests, family memebers or friends who have a state issued disability parking permit needing to access disability parking can park in Lot 4 off of Douglas Road. (Spaces in Lot 4 are available on a first come, first served basis.) Alternativley, individuals can be dropped-off at the door. Overflow parking will be available in Lot 18 and Lot 19 near the northeast ramp to Savage Area.

Reservations for Graduates
Commencement is a celebratory time for our graduates and their friends and families. The May 2024 College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences Commencement Ceremony is scheduled for Saturday, May 4, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. EST at Savage Arena. All graduates are requested to RSVP for commencement. Please RSVP using the link below that corresponds to the degree you will receive. The deadline to RSVP is Friday, April 12, 2024.

Academic Regalia & Announcements
Caps, gowns and graduation Accessories can be purchased at the University bookstore starting April 1st or online by March 20, 2024. The University bookstore is located in the Gateway Plaza at 1430 Secor Road, Toledo, OH 43607. If you are going to order online, below is the link to place the order.
