CBT Companion CBT Companion Free* in-app purchases

A companion app to learn and practice Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) Techniques. This is the most comprehensive CBT app that exists today with easy to follow visual tools.

"I like that this app is simple. Also it has all the tracking tools needed. The exercises are very comprehensive compared to other CBT apps that do one or two things. I also like the fact that I can quickly record mood, emotions and challenge negative thoughts. And when I need to practice my CBT skills I have all the exercises and lessons to refer to. I have been working with a therapist for the last 2 years and it is a natural companion app. "

"I absolutely love this app! I have suffered with severe anxiety for as long as I can remember and I’ve never had the courage to actually get help and this app has changed my life! I love everything about it and that the premium is great and that it doesn’t force you and pester you to get premium and has great quality tools for the regular deal anyway. This app is so much more than meditation this is truly amazing and I use it all the time. I have everything I need on this app with the mood entries, progress, meditation, dbt skill videos, exercises, meditations, summary and so much more! This app really has it all and helps me cope and the community is the best this app even helps you get a therapist or talk to your own. You don’t even need a mental problem to use this app you could use it for the health tracking or meditation but this has flipped my anxiety and I can see in the progress section of my emotions and health have skyrocketed since I started using DBT Coach! I would recommend for anyone it’s awesome and I would say so much more but I would be writing this review for decades!"

It has been very helpful and I noticed that I’m drawn to it several times throughout my day, unusually at a time when I need it most. To my surprise it actually makes me smile and I look forward to the activities instead of that guiltily feeling I have come to dread. Other apps felt more like a chore I have to get done or I would feel worse over my laziness and since I’ve been using Happify it has been the complete opposite, and I couldn’t ask for more. I high recommend giving it a try, I’m glad I found it before I gave up on finding the right one for me."

SAM App SAM (Self-help for Anxiety) Free

SAM is a friendly app that offers a range of self-help methods for people who are serious about learning to manage their anxiety. SAM has been developed by a university team of psychologists, computer scientists and student users. Established methods of self-help have been combined with high standards of usability to provide an engaging, flexible, and practical resource.

"I love this app so much. I have tried several apps for anxiety and none of them have worked because they were all centered around, and frankly their only feature was, meditation. I can't really do meditation for anxiety because once in my mind that's it. This app has so many other ways to deal with it and help learn from and about it. Thank you SAM!"
SuperBetter SuperBetter Free Join nearly a million people who have played SuperBetter so far to build resilience, achieve goals, and tackle challenges including anxiety, depression, stress, chronic pain, concussion recovery and more.

SuperBetter is validated in published studies to build resilience, improve mental health, and support recovery.

"I can already tell that it will help me with my depression. I have fairly severe depression, so everything is a battle; therefore, doing these little challenges, like drinking a glass of water, not pinching your fat, hugging yourself, etc. make it feel like I’ve accomplished something, anything. This app makes necessary and helpful tasks into power-ups to be earned, and “bad guys” to be defeated. And when you have absolutely no motivation for anything, the idea of beating a challenge, getting points, and leveling up at least makes it easier to walk my dog, or get off the chair when I can’t seem to move. This may not help everyone, but I think it will certainly help me."
