Calm Harm  Calm Harm Free  Calm harm provides tasks to help you resist or manage the urge to self-harm. The app provides you with 4 categories of tasks to help you surf the urge. 'Distract' helps in learning self-control; 'Comfort' helps you care rather than harm; 'Express yourself' gets those feelings out in a different way; and 'Release' provides safe alternatives to self-injury. There is also a 'Breathe" category to help calm and get back in control.   "This is a wonderful concept. I think my favorite part about it is that the activities have categories. For instance, very few health apps have a "distract" solution. This is often one of the most important ways to help someone in the moment. Thank you for being absolute geniuses. The customization within the app is also very soothing, and the little characters are adorable. [sic]"
My 3 My 3 Free  Stay connected to your network when you are in a time of crisis with My3. With My3, you define your network, and your plan to stay safe. With My3 you can be prepared to help yourself and reach out to others when you are feeling suicidal. Remember, there is hope and a life to look forward to even in your darkest moments - this app can help you get through the difficult moments.   "The safety plan is one of my favorite aspects of this app. The safety plan is thorough, as it allows the user to identify warning signs, coping strategies, certain distractions, and a support network whom they can call upon for support. [sic]."
Stay Alive Stay Alive Free  This app is a pocket suicide prevention resource, packed full of useful information to help you stay safe. You can use it if you are having thoughts of suicide or if you are concerned about someone else who may be considering suicide. In addition to the resources, the app includes a safety plan, customizable reasons for living, and a life box where you can store photos that are important to you.   "[sic] As someone that struggles with suicidal thoughts, I've gone through every single tab and honestly this is one of the best resources I know of. Not only does it provide help to suicide people, but also gives in-depth information about the why for those that might just be mis/uninformed. 10/10 would recommend. Add this to your resources no matter who you are."
