Qualifications

Practicum

  • Enrollment in a CACREP-accredited Master's of Mental Health Counseling Program
  • Ability to work on-site for the required hours
  • Applicant has never received clinical services through the University Counseling Center

Internship

  • Enrollment in a CACREP-accredited Master's of Mental Health Counseling Program
  • Ability to work on-site for the required hours
  • Applicant has never received clinical services through the University Counseling Center
  • Successful completion of counseling practicum

Application Materials & Process

Students interested in applying for a training position must submit the following materials to Training Coordinator Dr. Cassie Haas via email at cassandra.haas@utoledo.edu.

  • Resume/CV
  • Cover letter/ Statement of interest

Once your application materials are reviewed, if you are selected for an interview you will be offered a 30-45 minute virtual interview to further discuss your interest and goals for your training to ensure a good fit with our program.
