How to Reserve a Space

Step 1: Identify Your Group Type

Are you:

a UToledo Department or External Organization?

- - Please complete the Event Request Form once you have identified the space(s) you are interested in reserving.

a UToledo Student Organization?

- - You must submit your request through InvoNet.
    - Go to your organization’s page
    - Click “Events” in the left-hand menu
    - Note: Student organizations may not have more than one recurring meeting per week in the Student Union.

Step 2: Plan for Catering

Are you planning to use Crave Catering?

- - Crave Catering is our dedicated campus partner, known for their exceptional service and commitment to quality. They hold the first right of refusal for all campus events.

Are you planning to use an outside catering service (not Crave Catering)?

- - If you choose not to use Crave Catering, you are required to complete a Food Waiver Form.

Step 3: Review Reservation Policies

- We kindly ask that all reservation requests be submitted at least 28 days in advance to ensure availability and proper planning.
- For events that include catering and linens, tablecloths will be provided through our catering services to ensure consistency and quality. Use of these tablecloths is required.
- To help us best serve all groups, we reserve the right to cancel future reservations if spaces are repeatedly reserved but not used.
