Thank you for your interest in hosting your event at the Lancelot Thompson Student Union!

The University of Toledo Lancelot Thompson Student Union is the ideal place for meetings, seminars, banquets, retirement parties, wedding receptions or whatever else you have in mind. Located on the main campus in an attractive, residential area, it is just six miles west of downtown. Features include audio visual aids, Internet access, tele-conferencing and video-conferencing in all meeting rooms, along with our trained, helpful staff.

Reserving a Room or Space

Are you a Student Organization?

After identifying a room that may meet your needs, visit your organization's InvoNet page. Click on "Events" in the left hand drop down (organization tool drawer). Organizations may not have more than one reoccuring meeting a week in the Student Union.

Reservation forms are required to be submitted at least 28 days prior to your event.

Are You a UToledo Department or Office Or an External Organization?

After identifying a room that may meet your needs, UToledo departments, offices and all external organizations are required to complete an Event Request Form.

Please consider your catering needs for your event. Crave Catering has the first right for catering on campus. If you are not using Crave, you must complete a Food Waiver Form.

Reservation forms are required to be submitted at least 28 days prior to your event.

** All Event Requests requiring Catering and table cloths, will be required to use table cloths provided by Catering. **

The Student Union reserves the right to cancel remaining events for groups that fail to use the space they have reserved.
