Wellness is more than just physical health. Rocket Wellness supports the well-being of students and employees by offering programs and resources based on the seven dimensions of wellness: physical, emotional, environmental, social, spiritual, occupational and intellectual. When balance is achieved in each dimension, you achieve the highest level of well-being.
