Rocket Your Way to Wellness

Offered by Rocket Wellness

October 15 - November 4

Participants will complete a variety of wellness related activities each week over the course of 3 weeks for a chance to earn prizes!  This campus wide challenge is open to all UT students, faculty and staff.  Registration closes at the end of the day on October 15, 2018.  Participants can use this registration link to sign up today! Complete 1 or more of the pop up activities each week for a chance to earn entries into a prize drawing.  Upon completion of the pop up activity, be sure to submit a webform in order to earn your drawing entry.               

Week 1 (October 15-October 21)

  • Attend the UT Police Personal Safety and Self-Defense Class.  More information can be found here.
  • Attend the Center for Success Coaching's Power of Grit presentation (students only). More information can be found here.
  • Move 1 minute every hour for 12 hours for 3 of the 7 days.  This activity is self-tracked/reported.


Stress Relief and Mindfulness

Offered by the Office of Recreational Services

This class is intended to provide an hour and a half to de-stress and focus on the well0being of your body and mind! All classes will be held at the Student Recreation Center and pre-registration is required.  Click here to register!

Drug Take-Back Day

Offered by: University of Toledo Police Department
Campus-wide, October 27th
The University of Toledo Police Department would like to encourage all students, faculty and staff to participate in National Drug Take-Back Day. Any old, unused prescriptions can be taken to the Police Department and deposited in the drop-box. In addition to the UTPD drop-box,  various local police departments and supermarkets will also participate. This allows community and campus members to dispose of their old medications in a safe and responsible manner.
