PARKING PERMIT CHANGES!
Beginning Fall 2009 term, all students who need a parking permit must request a permit. A parking permit will not automatically be mailed unless the student requests the permit. If you have already registered for the Spring 2010 term and need a parking permit, please use the MyUT Portal Toolkit to request a permit. More information can be found by clicking here.
HEALTH INSURANCE!
A new two-step procedure to waive health insurance began Fall 2009
There are two steps for waiving the student health insurance at the University of Toledo. Students can go online to their MyUT Portal account and select the "Waive Health Insurance" link in the Toolkit (left menu). Students will be asked to submit information regarding the health insurance coverage, so it's best to have the health insurance card which students receive coverage ready.
FORMS - Going Green! In an effort to serve students more efficiently and in an eco-friendly and cost effective manner, the following forms are now submitted electronically via the MyUT Portal ,Toolkit (left-menu):
Direct Deposit - student refunds to checking or saving account. If a student already has a completed form on file, new information is only needed if bank accounts have changed or the student wishes to designate a different account.
FERPA - Used to give permission for the Treasurer, Financial Aid, and Rocket Solution Central at The University of Toledo to discuss account information with another party such as a parent, spouse, employer, etc. Visit the Registrar's Office to learn more.
Federal Title IV - Used to designate how The University of Toledo uses federal aid such as federal loans and grants to cover optional fees such as a parking permit, legal service fee, health insurance, wireless services
